The decoration project Surrender consists of eight large photographic collages that are placed in the nave vault of Grundtvig Church in Copenhagen. I was the first artist, who gained access to exhibit in Grundtvig’s Church’s nave. The large photographic collages are accompanied by eight texts, which explore the question: What is surrender to you? The texts are written by author Synnøve Søe, actress Charlotte Munck and philosopher Karsten Fledelius. The goal of the art project was to give a visual experience of the concept “surrender”, and to reflect on the importance of the concept in our daily life.
